On Saturday August 9th from 6pm-8pm at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum CSA Farm we’re hosting our 11th Annual Fundraising Gala. The vision for the event is a tasting of “Parts of a Plant”, we are setting up stations that feature Pesto made with sunflower seeds harvested from our fields, Ceviche made with our vegetables by CCE’s FISH Program, a local chef is making pastries and focaccia bread with our edible flowers and herbs, etc. In total we’ll have 7 stations of food items, and a few bars spread around the fields. We want our guests to journey through and explore our CSA Farm.
