Master Gardener Program Orientation Sessions

Wednesday, September 10: 10 am or Thursday, September 11: 6:30 pm

Join a virtual information session on this upcoming volunteer training program.
Morning or evening classes are available. Classes will start
Wed., September 17 at 9:30am or Thurs., September 18 at 6:30pm

Harvesting and Preserving Your Garden Herbs
Timing and technique are the keys to maximizing the harvest from your herb garden. Learn about the best times and the best methods to harvest leaves, flowers, seeds and roots and how to preserve them for future use.

Native Plant Donations for Community Groups
Is your organization involved with a native plant garden or wildlife habitat? Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County will provide a one-time donation of native flowering perennials to local organizations such as libraries, schools, or other public spaces that support habitat.

These plants support beneficial insects and pollinators.
