Join us for a conversation about the restoration of The Frick Collection's 70th Street Garden, designed in 1977 by Russell Page and restored by Lynden B. Miller as part of the museum's 2025 renovation. Holiday potluck to follow.

Lynden B. Miller is a public garden designer who has designed parks and gardens in all five boroughs of New York City. She was trained as a painter and studied horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden before beginning her public career with the restoration of the Conservatory Garden in Central Park in 1982. She is also an author and a teacher.
Maeve Turner is the Head of Gardens and Horticulture at The Frick Collection, where she oversaw the installation and refurbishment of the museum's three distinct garden spaces: the 5th Avenue Garden, the interior Garden Court, and the 70th Street Garden. Prior to joining The Frick Collection, she was the curator of the Herb Garden at Brooklyn Botanic Garden for 10 years, and one of the founding members of the horticulture team at the High Line.
