We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! SP LANDSCAPES is a design, install and maintain landscape design firm based in Brooklyn, NY. SP LANDSCAPES is woman owned and woman run.

Responsibilities/Duties

You will perform various administrative functions in order to drive company success. Please see below for some of the responsibilities that are included in this position but not limited too.

  • Manage insurance (General Liability, Workmans Comp, etc) for the company
  • Retrieve COI’s and manage Bill payments
  • Company Tax Information / manage
  • Manage Business Articles of Organization
  • Client Proposals
  • Client Contracts / manage
  • Social Media
  • Website
  • Various other administrative tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Experience in landscape design or installation a plus but not required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position is fully remote so communication through Slack is mandatory throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Additional Information

​Position is part time and must be available to work remote. Days available to work are negotiable.
