Start Date: April 15, 2026 Compensation: $18-25 hour
Seasonal position. Compensation and hourly expectation: 40-hour week at $18-25 an hour depending upon experience.
Plan it Wild is a sustainable landscape company that transforms private yards and commercial landscapes into beautiful native habitats that increase biodiversity, carbon capture, and absorb stormwater. Our brand of ecological landscaping is a simplified approach to restoring native plants and habitats. We want each customer to get a personal experience from us and to know the value of rewilding their land. We only maintain yards with electric-powered equipment.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Prep and plant gardens, yards, and landscapes for native habitats
- Site prep and planting based on current PiW standards for large and small-scale installations of native trees, shrubs, and herbaceous material
- Managing gardens and landscapes for long term survivability of habitats and biodiversity by reusing biomaterial on site
- Managing invasive plants
- Creating clean edges around planting beds and entire properties
- Operating, maintaining and handling electric landscaping equipment and battery management based on industry standards
- Working within a team in a professional manner with colleagues and clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 1-year experience gardening and taking care of landscapes
- Experience with managing and operating electric landscaping tools
- Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags, dig holes and plant, and able to work in all kinds of weather conditions
- Responsive and effective communicator
- Independent but also works well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver’s license & able to operate a truck & trailer.
