We are looking for an individual to join our Crew as an exterior landscape installations/maintenance crew member in a seasonal capacity. (March-December) Candidate must be reliable, knowledgeable, have experience and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Our image as a company is extremely important to us.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Landscape Maintenance includes weeding, pruning trees, shrubs, and perennials, deadheading when appropriate, mowing, edging, and mulching.
  • Landscape Installation includes proper placement and facing of both plants and trees in gardens, tree wells, planting beds, planters, and green walls.
  • Site clean-up after completion blowing of sidewalks, walkways, decks, driveways and leaving in a broom swept condition.
  • Delivery and pick-up of plants and materials from nurseries.
  • Recognize what equipment and tools are required and the ability to operate.
  • Customer focus, always paying attention to detail.
  • Work with a crew as a team-player with the ability to take direction, follow through with daily responsibilities all with a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to use time tracker to track hours and daily schedule.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with the ability to work in a fast past environment.
  • Time management skills and follow through.
  • Must be able and willing to carry up to 50 lbs. of materials.
  • At least two years of experience in landscape.
  • Basic plant identification knowledge and care.
  • Some formal landscape training a Plus!
  • Valid Driver’s License, a Plus!
  • Creative eye in installation of plant material a Plus!
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Willingness to work in various weather Conditions.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, punctual.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a Plus!
