Start Date: Immediately Compensation: $25 - $35/hour
The Floral Designer is responsible for creating works of art for our customers. You will be tasked with designing arrangements for both our corporate customers and our specialty customers. We provide florals for NBA stars, F500 CEO’s, and some of the tallest buildings in Manhattan. You will get a taste of all this if you join the team.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Creativity to design elegant arrangements with a budget assigned.
- You may be constructing heavy floral arrangements that can weigh over 30 lbs at times.
- Visit client locations as needed to get an idea of the space and what would work.
- Special projects as assigned.
- There will be holidays and peak periods in our business where you may work weekends or extended hours on your normally scheduled days.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Strong understanding of color palettes and how to incorporate them into a design.
- At least 1 year of floral design experience
Specific Skills Required:
- Understanding of design concepts and possible flower engineering that balances beauty with structure.
- Ability to work within a team, maintaining focus and attention to detail at all times.
