McArdle's Floral and Garden Design is a renowned garden design firm specializing in creating exquisite in-ground gardens and planters for high-end residential and commercial clients.   • Container Garden Design and Installation - Work with the At Home director and with clients to design and install stunning planters and small gardens. Successful applicants will have a passion for horticulture, a good working knowledge of plants and garden design and experience designing gardens in containers.
  • Team Lead -Develop customized garden plans that align with each client’s vision.  Lead a small team to implement and install.  Successful applicants will have a passion for horticulture, knowledge of design trends, ability to work with sophisticated clients and some managerial experience.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Design and create aesthetically pleasing container gardens tailored to client preferences.
  • Utilize horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants and materials for installations.
  • Plant gardens according to design plans
  • Drive to various locations for garden installations and consultations, ensuring timely project completion
  • NO mowing, NO leaf blowing

Qualifications/Requirements

  • experience planting container and in-ground gardens
  • creative and knowledgeable about plants and garden design trends
  • able to work well with a team
  • a responsible and safe driver with a clean license
  • positive attitude
  • able to communicate well with customers and team members
  • responsible and reliable
  • able to work in the dirt in all weather conditions - and love it!
  • able to load, lift, carry, bend and dig as needed
  • supervisory experience is a bonus!
