Start Date: ASAP  Compensation: $20/hour

We are an 8 unit four story residential self-managed co-op in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

In the last few months, we have been experiencing a rat infestation in the neighborhood which has now affected our front yard garden.  We believe rats are creating holes in the ground for burrowing.  We have a lot of ground cover ivy that needs to be trimmed down to the surface but not removed.  We want to expose where the holes may be.  

Responsibilities/Duties

This would be a one time job with possibility of future seasonal employment.  

Qualifications/Requirements

Professional gardener with 5 or more years experience.
