Start Date: 6/5  Compensation: $20/hour

Flosgardens is a small urban gardening company that has been operating downtown Brooklyn for the past 20 years, planting and  maintaining gardens, front yards and roof tops.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic gardeners, in love with nature and flowers  and a good team player. starting with a part time position 3 days / week. Can evolve in a full time position. Wage starting  at $20/hour with quick prospective increase if satisfactory.

Responsibilities/Duties

Will work under the watchful eyes of our senior gardeners,

• assist in planting and maintaining garden
• pruning, tilling, sweeping
• help load ad unload soil and plants

Qualifications/Requirements

• Willing to learn and operate under the directions of our head gardeners
• be a good team player
• in love with plants
• positive attitude
• Ability to carry a load of 50 lbs. up and down a flight of stairs
