Start Date: 05/01/2023  Compensation: $19-$23/hour

Our internship program is designed specifically for college students in Horticulture or Landscape Management programs who want hands-on experience in the green industry. Students will gain invaluable knowledge while gaining hands on experience working with clients, sales, estimating and managing team production in high-end residential Expect to garner a broad range of practical experience.

Responsibilities/Duties

This is an active hands-on experience in day to day sales, estimating and production. We expect each intern to bring professionalism and personal skills to the job. We will help you to hone your communication and sales skills.  R&S Landscaping is a well-established firm specializing in high end residential design/build and after care.  We are located in Midland Park, NJ and have been in business for over 37 years. Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong interest in horticulture
• Desire to learn, improve and grow
• Ability to manage people and communicate effectively
• An excellent attendance and tardiness record.
• Knowledge of perennials, woody plants, and their growth habits.

Additional Information

Located in Midland Park, NJ.  Must be able to travel here to work M-F
