We are seeking a full-time Master Gardener, reporting directly to the Property Manager to serve as an in-house expert overseeing the grounds of three distinguished estate properties in Cold Spring, NY; Greenwich Village, NY; and Atlantic Beach, NY.

The longer-term goal of building out a dedicated landscape Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a passion for crafting sophisticated, minimalistic landscapes inspired by the romantic, nature-infused beauty.

Responsibilities/Duties

he ideal candidate will blend rustic charm, with horticultural minimalism, and a deep connection to the natural environment to create vibrant, harmonious landscapes. The position focuses on transitioning from external landscaping teams to a cohesive in-house operation.
