High-profile rapidly expanding landscape company on the East End of Long Island seeks an experienced team-builder to help maintain our benefits packages, including 401K, workers compensation, unemployment benefits, and insurance programs. Additional duties include planning, leading, developing and administering strategic goals, activities and policies. Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the Company’s goals and key strategic objectives. Organize all recruitment efforts for organization which includes placing ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate follow up and conducting references.
