Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $48,000-$65,000 per year
We are seeking a motivated In-House Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced position working closely with customers and our outside sales staff to support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized in a busy environment, and learning about plant material.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Enter and process plant orders accurately
- Communicate product availability and order details with customers
- Work closely with outside sales representatives to support accounts
- Assist customers with plant selection and product information
- Learn and become familiar with our plant inventory
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Interest in horticulture and/or plant knowledge
- Computer and data entry skills
