Compensation: $62.5k-$72.5k annually (base)

Our team brings together landscape architects, designers, horticulturists, arborists, and irrigation/lighting specialists. We design, build, and care for high-end urban gardens, terraces, and outdoor spaces — from concept through installation and ongoing maintenance — giving clients peace of mind at every step.
An entry-level, growth role supporting our Account Managers while learning the craft of client service, proposal development, and site quality management. You’ll assist with site walks, proposals, presentation materials, coordination, and client communications with a path toward owning your own portfolio.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Support Account Managers during site walks; document observations and draft maintenance/planting proposals and accompanying visual aids.
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Learn our software suite and related tools to maintain accurate data and generate clean proposals and presentation materials.
- Coordinate information handoffs between office and field; ensure crews have the right scope and materials.
- Proactively share site enhancement ideas based on observations and seasonal needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in urban landscape/ornamental horticulture or comparable service industry combined with plant knowledge.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite and/or Google SketchUp strongly preferred.
- Passion for creating and maintaining beautiful urban gardens.
- Coursework or a degree/certificate in horticulture/landscape design a plus.
