Start Date: 12/8/25  Compensation: $35-$40 per hour

We are a boutique design, build, and maintenance studio seeking a Landscape Architect to join our team. 

You have experience working on both town and country high end residential landscapes. You can manage a construction document set and prepare presentations, as this will be your primary responsibility. You communicate well between clients, contractors, craftspeople, vendors and principal. You are just as comfortable in front of the computer as you are in the field. You are passionate about ecology, native plants, sustainability and creating place based designs.

Schedule: Offering full time employment at our Southold office or remote based work from NYC with regular in-person check-in’s at our Southold office. Light regional travel required to project sites. PT work/Flexible schedule can be arranged.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Draft and manage construction sets
• Produce drawings, renderings, 3d models and supporting material
• Participate in site meetings, reviews and help with field coordination
• Monitor projects in construction and provide on-site support when needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience
• Mastery of AutoCAD, Creative Suite, Sketch-up
• Valid Driver's License
