Responsibilities/Duties

  • Day-to-day implementation of construction, fabrication, and other goals affiliated with the companies operation
  • Day-to-day implementation of crew and labor in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external goals
  • Organize the broader production schedule as coordinated with the Director of Operations larger scheduling targets
  • Material handling, organizing site transport, and installation
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations or Designers for site or studio deliveries
  • Maintain clean job sites, shop premises
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedule and take action as required for fleet upkeep and compliance
  • Maintain professional behavior at all times
  • Assist team with physically demanding work
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Intelligently interpret construction drawing/details with means and methods that will accomplish the technical and aesthetic goals put forth by the creative team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communications skills
  • Skilled craftsmen
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings must be familiar with CAD
  • OSHA 30
  • NYS Driver's License - Clean
  • Knowledge of estimation and project budgeting
  • Fully committed to time management
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction.
