Start Date: 03/01/2026  Compensation: $18 - $22/hr

Jerry Fritz Garden Design is seeking an experienced individual to join our team in Upper Bucks County, PA as LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER. We’re located approximately 1.5 hrs from Manhattan and 1hr 20minutes from Philadelphia. 

We are an award winning landscape design & build firm established in 1989, serving Bucks County and the Delaware Valley area including New Jersey. We provide high quality, distinctive landscape design and fine garden maintenance to our very loyal clients. This exciting opportunity will allow you to join our great team in creating beautiful gardens on very distinctive properties.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Professionally lead a 2-3 person installation crew
• Assist owner of company in layouts of jobs
• Operate power equipment (such as tractors, chainsaws, sod cutters, etc.)
• Perform gardening projects effectively and safely
• Complete written job day sheets of tasks completed and material lists for invoicing

Qualifications/Requirements

• Professional experience 3-5 years
• Degree in Horticulture strongly preferred
• Plant identification skills a plus
• Knowledge of proper pruning and plant care
• Accuracy and attention to detail a necessity
• Physically fit with ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must have a clean driving record
