Start Date: 3/13/2023  Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

Specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of Interior Plantscapes, Exterior Landscapes, Floral Artistry and Holiday Décor, Blondie’s has been setting industry standards for over 35 years. As a multi-faceted, dynamic company Blondie’s is known for landscape design and construction, seasonal horticultural styling, rooftop gardens and interior specimen plantings. We are seeking to add a key member to our team. This is a dynamic full-time position that requires a high energy, detail-oriented self-starter who works well independently as well as being a crucial component to the success of the team.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Understand the job responsibilities for each day and prepare accordingly
  • Carefully load and unload the truck with tools and equipment for the day’s assignment
  • Maintain tools and tool inventory. Be sure that all tools return to warehouse at the end of the day and are offloaded from the vehicle as a complete set
  • Understand our responsibilities for a job
  • Install plants efficiently, with design consideration in mind, as directed by our paperwork, site evaluation, and the Operation Manager
  • Water all exterior instillations before leaving site
  • Leave instillation broom clean
  • Return paperwork at the end of each day signed off on with crew names, date, and truck used
  • Proper attire to be always worn. This includes a company logo shirt or jacket, work pants, and boots. No baseball caps permitted

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Highly Professional
  • Reliable
  • Read & write in English
  • 30hr OSHA & 40hr SST Card
  • Construction Experience – Masonry, Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry knowledge is a PLUS!
  • Irrigation Experience is a PLUS!
  • Lighting Experience is a PLUS!
  • Clean Driving Record – CDL is a Plus!
  • Knowledge of Landscaping, Annuals, Perennials, Grasses, Trees, and Shrubs.
