Start Date: 03/01/2026  Compensation: $18 - $22/hr

Nursery assistant position available at Linden Hill Nursery in Bucks County, PA (approx 1hr 30minutes from Manhattan 75 miles; 1hr 20 minutes from Philadelphia 55 miles.)

Responsibilities/Duties

Position entails working closely with the Nursery Manager on a day by day basis. Looking for a hard working individual who can handle the daily workload of a seasonal based re-wholesale yard. This position will entail working on Saturdays through the Spring and Fall sales seasons. The following list is a breakdown of some of the tasks involved in the position.

• Loading and unloading plant material
• Watering and fertilizing of plant material
• Care and maintenance of plant material
• Assembling orders for Linden Hill customers and Jerry Fritz Garden Design jobs
• General maintenance of the entire property, pruning, weeding, facilities upkeep
• Assist with grower on plant care throughout the growing season

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School diploma or GED 
• Experience around heavy machinery
