Brook Landscape is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. We build beautiful rooftop and backyard gardens throughout New York City. We are a team of gardeners, woodworkers, masons, welders, foodies, and designers.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing all facets of Office Administration, Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies, 
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.), 
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints to ensure an excellent customer experience, supporting budgeting and handles bookkeeping procedures (QuickBooks), 
  • Receipt tracking, submits timely reports and prepares presentations/proposals as assigned, assist colleagues whenever necessary, prepares operational reports contracts and invoices, ensures security and confidentiality of data, monitors and maintains office supplies & inventory, manages subcontractor/vendor insurance and forms, upkeep of company website, cloud, calendar, and job tracking, manages a safe and secure working environment 


The right person for this position is an organization blackbelt with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, a positive mental attitude, a hardcore work ethic, and an unquenchable sense of humor; if that sounds like you, get in touch.
