Responsibilities/Duties

  • Establish and maintain relationships through advanced communication with office/field personnel, clients and vendors
  • Oversee operational systems/scheduling for installations and maintenance
  • Train and guide field personnel to help build efficient and effective systems/communication for the company’s operation
  • Organize and procure plant material/materials for seasonal/larger installations
  • Assist the Design Director in the planning of larger landscape projects
  • i) Long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing changes
  • ii) Set the delivery schedule for containers, furniture, irrigation, and plants/materials
  • Track and log all plant purchases and create accurate profit and loss reports
  • Assist Design Director in smaller projects (design and estimates) that require quick turnaround times
  • Create maintenance contracts and manage each account’s various components
  • Troubleshoot any plant availability issues
  • Work on site with field personnel for plant layouts for larger installations
  • Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and construction documents as requested
  • Quality control from inception to completion to ensure client requirements are met
