Responsibilities/Duties

Little Island seeks a Park Supervisor to join the leadership team of the Park Operations department, a dynamic team of collaborative and motivated individuals who collectively care for the park and its visitors. Reporting to the Park Operations Manager, Park Supervisors drive onsite decision-making and park-wide communication to ensure Little Island’s standards of safety, accessibility, and hospitality are maintained. They support the Park Operations Manager in the day-to-day oversight of Little Island’s Custodians and Park Attendants, building trust and collaborating with team members directly in the field, providing frequent feedback and encouragement. Supervisors will collaborate across all departments at Little Island, especially with the facilities, horticulture, and security personnel, to ensure all staff are aligned, informed, and supporting each other to deliver an excellent park experience each day.
