Start Date: May 1st  Compensation: $60-80,000/yr

New Eco Landscapes is a landscape design and installation firm serving the NYC area. We build beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces and take pride in our craftsmanship and client relationships. We are seeking a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to be keen jobs organized at our growing firm. You will keep our schedules running, clients informed, and our team supported. Responsibilities/Duties

  • Manage client communications — answer calls and emails, serve as the first point of contact
  • Coordinate scheduling for field crews and client consultations
  • Prepare and send estimates, proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Track project timelines and flag scheduling conflicts to management
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain and update client records, project files, and CRM
  • Order office and field supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administration, project coordination, or operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mac, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar); QuickBooks, Adobe or similar a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a trades, construction, or service-based business is a strong plus
  • Interest in horticulture or the green industry is a bonus
