Property Care Account Manager for a 48 year-old expanding Landscape company located on the East End of Long Island. Create estimates for property care projects. Analyzes scope, specifications, and other documentation presented to prepare cost and revenue proposals, (considering all cost, labor, materials, and services involved) for proposed projects.  Ensures that all work is completed profitably according to the contract and client's satisfaction while maintaining Marders standards. Strong organization, communication, and mathematical skills required. Horticultural knowledge and experience is necessary. The ability to speak conversational Spanish is a plus.
