Start Date: 4/1/2026 Compensation: $35-45/hr
We’re looking for experienced irrigation and/or low-voltage lighting installers to join our team on a project-basis.
These roles are project-based, based our installation schedule.
We’re also seeking install and maintenance crew members, pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities/Duties
Irrigation
An irrigation specialist will have several years’ experience with drip irrigation systems. They will be able to confidently do the following:
- Assess the best irrigation strategy
- Lay irrigation lines ahead of installs
- Lead install crew in staking drip lines
- Setup and program irrigation timers
- Test and troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Open systems for spring, close systems for winter
Low-Voltage Lighting
A lighting specialist will have several years’ experience with installing low-voltage landscape lighting. They will be able to confidently do the following:
- Assess the best installation strategy
- Lay wire ahead of installs
- Safely install LV lights and transformers
- Test and troubleshoot lighting
Qualifications/Requirements
2+ years lead installing irrigation or low-voltage lighting. Works well independently, strong communication skills, strong work ethic, responsible, positive outlook, team player, problem solver
