Temporary Gardener

Start Date: May 6-9 2025  Compensation: $30/hour

We are a Brooklyn-based gardening company searching for a gardener to join our team THIS WEEK for a rooftop installation in Williamsburg. The position is for 4 days Tu/We/Th/Fr (May 6-9) from 9am to 4:30pm each day. We are also open to having someone for part of this schedule as this is a last minute posting  

We're looking for someone who has 5 or more years of gardening experience in NYC, who is hands-on, strong, used to working with a team, and is ok planting on a rooftop in the rain (the forecast is looking dreary!). 

Compensation is $30 per hour. 

Responsibilities/Duties

Lifting (up to 50lbs solo, and heavier plants with teammates), planting, following the planting design and instructions.  

Qualifications/Requirements

5 years or more of NYC urban gardening.
